Partnership Manager
Role Overview
At MyStorage, we’re on a mission to lead the self-storage market in Vietnam. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Partnership Manager to help us grow by forging two critical types of partnerships:
- Trigger Partners – Businesses that refer us customers.
- Hyperlocal Property Partners – Buildings where we can install storage solutions and revenue-share.

Key Responsibilities
Build a Trigger Partner Network
- Connect with businesses whose clients need storage, like real estate and renovation firms.
- Develop referral partnerships that generate a consistent stream of high-quality leads.
- Educate partners on the MyStorage value proposition and create win-win incentives.
Grow Our Hyperlocal Locker Network
- Partner with property owners to utilize underused spaces.
- Offer revenue-sharing deals for installing storage lockers in their properties.
- Help negotiate terms and manage these partnerships to maximize locker occupancy.
Execute and Optimize
- Cold call, email, and meet prospects to get deals across the finish line.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, closing, and growing.
- Track partner performance and lead quality in our CRM and iterate to improve results.
Qualifications
- Sales Hustler – You’re energized by the hunt and love converting “maybe” into “yes.”
- Partnership-Minded – You’re great at finding alignment and creating value for both sides.
- Independent Operator – You can manage your pipeline and hit goals with minimal supervision.
- Strong Communicator – Fluent in Vietnamese and comfortable in English.
- Data-Driven – You use metrics and tools (like a CRM) to improve outcomes and productivity.
